Tim helped us get a loan to buy our first home. He was very straightforward about what we could afford and didn’t allow us to financially over-extend ourselves, while at the same time getting us enough to buy the home of our choice. We’ll definitely be going back to Tim if we decide to refinance and when we buy our next home.
He got me a sweetheart of a deal
I have had the pleasure of doing business with Tim Soldati and First Priority 4 times in the last 6 years. I moved from Lake Tahoe before I sold my home and had to refinance twice to keep it. Then when I sold it I bought a home in Morgan Hill on a short sale and Tim got me locked into a great rate on a 5/1 arm. A few years later, he called and said the time is good for me to get in on a great rate and a 30 year fixed mortgage. He got me a sweetheart of a deal with a very low rate on a 30 fixed loan. I am so thankful to Tim for all his hard work and my great new mortgage on my “forever home”! Tim is the BEST!
